The Birth of Scouting Movement
This movement started in 1907 when Robert Baden-Powell, a lieutenant general highway British armed forces, and William Alexander Smith, founder of Boy's Brigade, the first scouting camp at Brownsea island, UK.
The idea is to make the movement appear when Baden-Powell and pasukannya city struggling to maintain Mafeking, South Africa, from the Boer army attacks. He is also writing a new book called Aids to Scoutmastership and some other books that he collected and then incorporated in a book titled Roverinng to Success for Rover Scouts in 1922.
